What Messinia Holidays is (and is not)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Messinia Holidays provides travel content (guides, itineraries, recommendations) and sells digital PDF guides.<br>We are <strong>not a travel agency<\/strong>. Accommodation and car-rental bookings are completed with third-party providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All content on this site (text, design, and PDF guides) is protected. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or resell content without written permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Affiliate links and third-party services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some links are affiliate\/partner links (see Affiliate Disclosure). Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies; we are not responsible for their availability, pricing, cancellations, or customer service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Shop (PDF Guides) \u2014 purchase, delivery, license<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.1 Payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payments are processed via <strong>Stripe<\/strong>. We do not store full card details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.2 Delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PDF guides are delivered via <strong>instant download<\/strong> (or an immediate access link after successful payment).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.3 License<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you purchase a PDF, you receive a <strong>personal, non-transferable, non-commercial<\/strong> license. Redistribution, sharing, or resale is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Refunds and right of withdrawal (EU consumers)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.1 Refund policy (our policy)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the download\/access to the PDF <strong>has not started<\/strong>, you may request a refund within <strong>14 days<\/strong> from purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the download\/access <strong>has started<\/strong>, refunds are not available, except where mandatory law applies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.2 Digital content withdrawal exception (important)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">EU consumer rules allow that, for <strong>digital content not supplied on a tangible medium<\/strong>, the right of withdrawal may be lost once performance begins <strong>if<\/strong> you give prior express consent and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right, and the trader provides confirmation.<br>Accordingly, during checkout we will request your consent for immediate delivery\/download and acknowledgement of this effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Accuracy disclaimer (travel information)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Travel information (opening hours, prices, routes, conditions) can change. Content is provided \u201cas is\u201d. You are responsible for verifying critical details with official sources and providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Limitation of liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To the maximum extent permitted by law, Messinia Holidays is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site or third-party services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Changes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may update these Terms. The \u201cLast updated\u201d date will change accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Governing law and jurisdiction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms are governed by the laws of <strong>Greece<\/strong>. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent Greek courts, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Online dispute resolution (ODR)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform has been discontinued as of <strong>20 July 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12.
